Library Spaces Survey

The Green Hills Public Library District is gathering information from our community regarding the use of Library spaces to inform initiatives under our current Strategic Plan. Your feedback will help us make our Library more welcoming, useful, and inspiring for everyone. This survey will take you approximately five minutes to complete, but feel free to take all the time you need. All responses are strictly confidential and no information will be shared that identifies respondents. 

Responses may be submitted online, but paper copies will be available at all the Adult Services Desk upon request.
