Hoopla is a digital media platform that provides access to a collection of over 200,000 movies, TV, music, and audiobooks.  Borrow instantly on your PC, smartphone, or tablet.  Titles are automatically returned at the end of the lending period so you never have to worry about overdue fines.
This is a suite of resources – available to everyone in Illinois at no charge – that supports local authors with online creation and publishing tools and allow readers to access locally-produced content.  Users can create and publish an ebook, share their ebook with readers all over the state, and find local and independently published ebooks to read. is a partnership between RAILS (Reaching Across Illinois Library System) and BiblioBoard, and GHPLD is a member of RAILS.  RAILS provides these services without fees to libraries or residents.
