Auto Repair Reference Center

Covers more than 35,000 vehicles and contains information on most major manufacturers of domestic and imported vehicles, with repair information starting as far back as 1945 for certain makes.  New repair procedures, TSBs, and updates are added to the product on a regular basis.

ConsumerReports.org

Thousands of unbiased Ratings, reviews, expert buying advice, product comparisons, consumer user reviews, and product video clips.  Proven product reliability data and complete product specifications are included.  Product and service Ratings and reviews include electronics, appliances, home & garden, baby gear, food products, and automobiles.

Emergency Contact Database

Allows Illinois driver’s license, instruction permit and ID cardholders to enter emergency contact information into a voluntary, secure database. In the event of a motor vehicle crash or other emergency situation when a person is unable to communicate directly, law enforcement may access the database to help them reach the person’s designated contacts.

Fuel Economy

Provides fuel economy estimates, energy and environmental impact ratings, fuel-saving tips and other useful information. New and used vehicle pricing and information.

Safecar.gov

Find five star crash test and rollover ratings, articles on equipment, safety, defects, recalls, and air bags.
